If you’ve made the decision to have a website designed or to vamp up your out-dated one and are looking for the best deal, well I like to think you’ve come to the right place. You’ll see from my website packages that I offer some pretty good deals which are cost effective and provide optional add-ons and extras tailor-made to your unique needs.
The next step is to discuss what package is right for you and what extra options that might be needed to support your internet marketing campaign.
Our initial discussion will help us both discover what your business requires in order to have an effective web presence. I’ll happily answer any questions you have, and I’ll also give you whatever advice I can regarding the best way to have your website do what it’s supposed to do – promote your business services to a wider audience.
Our discussion will include your design expectations such as colour schemes, layout, content, graphics and photos, and other necessities like domain registration, server hosting, online marketing, search engine optimisation, and ongoing website management.
Your Website Content
The packages I offer include the cost of designing your website. As the website owner, it is your responsibility to provide all the content for your website. ‘Content’ includes logo, copy (text for each page), photos and videos. If my assistance is required with the content for your website, then I will be happy to quote on such things as logo design, copywriting, stock photos, video advertising, social networking campaigns and so on.
I will supply you with a Website Content document which clear outlines the way I need you to supply your website content. It will help you to collate your material and gives an easy to understand process to follow.
If you are already organised with your content, then there will be no more to pay on any of my packages. However for those clients who are busy or ‘content challenged’, thats OK too. I can help to produce your material and it may not be as expensive as you might think. Every package is flexible.
The Contract
Once you have decided to employ my services to design or manage the development of your website, or re-vamp an existing website, I will provide you with a detailed Website Design Agreement for your chosen package and or service as well as an estimated time of production. This is to ensure you are fully aware of what I will be providing for you and that the whole procedure is as transparent as possible for both parties.
My Website Design Agreement will need to be signed and dated prior to website production. At this time I will require the deposit payment specified for the chosen package. Once I have received your payment and subsequently all your website content by the agreed starting date, I will progress with production of your new website.
